Having a vision places a purpose upon team and player goals. Coaches provide vision for players to accomplish their goals through detailed mental and physical training.
E - Effort
Nothing in life and baseball can be accomplished without hard work. Virginia Elite Spartan players know their effort must be equal to their desire to succeed. When effort is big, great things happen!
S - Success
Virginia Elite Spartans measure success through the accomplishment of team/player goals. Success is not final but a building factor through hard work, lessons learned through training and competition.
